I play on worldclass difficulty with default simulation tactics. I have a ton of games with the result 0:0, as its almost impossible to go around cpu defence. Also, cpu has managed to score only 2 goals so far in all competitions against me, as its ridiculously easy to intercept the ball from cpu. I have no idea what is up with this game but default simulation sliders are absolutely not working and unrealistic.

One thing I noticed when playing fifa is that the strikers when defending did not seem to drop back in defence or come even near I didn’t like that. I like your sliders I’ll give it a shot but I’ll mix it with my personal flavour for example I put my pass error on 89 lool

i had 0 intentions on getting the game this year... but the increased career mode settings and AI behavior sliders for gameplay might convince me. even if the gameplay isnt much different, it seems like you can customize the experience a lot more. do you feel like the ai behavior settings have a massive impact on gameplay, especially across each difficulty? thats what im most concerned about. cheers, as always

The AI behavior sliders are a real game changer. They make the gameplay much more consistent, it's not perfect but it's far better than fc 24 (for now until EA ruin it 😭)

@@Co8kiekrusherafter my own testing (10 hr trial of kickoff games in each english div) I will say this game is obviously tuned for the top divisions. on default, sim settings, even your sliders, game feels unplayable. it seems like the behavior sliders (in tandem with speed and line height which i have 40/40 and 78/78 respectively) matter most. accel i think still cant be below 48 before animations get really clunky (more so in lower leagues) any build up speed under 45 and any level below premier league feels terribly slow and boring to play. tackling aggression seems to be more about how the ai presses space vs actual tackling aggression. 75 feels really good actually. shooting/crossing seem to have minimal impact unless really high. biggest for ai attacking aggression is dribbling. it makes them take on your defenders more in the attacking half, suggest this to be ~75 as well. first touch and skill moves at 30 or 35 feel solid. anything lower its non existent, anything higher its too frequent. hope my findings help give some decent perspective!

@dr4zah it's very difficult to find a slider set that works across the whole game, animations may get clunky with lower rated players but feel smooth or even too responsive with highly rated ones. I'd say if you are using players under a 70 ish rating then the game may feel almost unplayable with all the error sliders and the slow pace. It's difficult to cater to absolutely everyone and that's part of the reason why I set up memberships, for people who want a set of settings more personalized to them, tutorials etc. i appreciate you going through all the trouble to test these yourself. I'm always open to feedback because at the end of the day, we all want a realistic game.

FC24 completely disappointed me. I tried any of the slide sliders from your videos, the game was still very fast. Bro, is FC25 different? While I'm playing PES21 with patches. It is not easy to pass along the flank here, and it is almost impossible to get to the goal 1 on 1. The score is 1-0 and 2-1 as in real football. And in FC24, the constant scores of 6-4 and 5-7 are getting boring. It is necessary that the AI passes more from the top and does less minor shuffling from the bottom. This is sorely missed. Thank you for your work! The most important task is to slow down the game so that it looks realistic.

I can confirm fc 25 is better and them fixing acceleration is key. FC 24 is the worst gameplay I've ever played! FC will never be as slow as pes because that's just not how the game is coded so don't expect that. It definitely has more options to finely tune the game though and fix things such as the shuffling you mentioned. The new AI behavior sliders really take things to a new level of customization

Let say you set the height of the defensive approach to 60. After that, if you play a match and pause, the height of the defensive approach will be overwritten to the default value of 50. Then you set the height of the defensive approach to 60 again and save it. Then, if you resume the match, pause it again, and check the tactics, the height of the defensive approach will be overwritten to the default of 50. This is not only true for Ultimate Team, but also for kickoff in other modes.

Great sliders, been waiting for this video. Do you or anyone else have any ideas on how to make the cpu AI less aggressive, or so they don't constantly press? After a good few games I've noticed that you have no time on the ball without the cpu constantly pressing and closing you down, it's so erratic and feels like the game is being played at 100 miles an hour even with sprint and acceleration turned down.

You have some options: 1 You can lower the AI tackling aggression. 2 You can lower the CPU marking 3 Make sure pass block assistance is off 4 bare in mind, some teams are set up to press as well

​@@Co8kiekrusher I played couple of matches in player career mode. because it was kind of the quickest way to get started and I wanted to play with Henry. when I press R1 for second player press, I have no control of my player while holding that button. he either just keeps running straight or completely stops running while Im holding the button. which is not how its supposed to work. walking animation doesnt exist. if I slow down completely, its still a running animation but its so slow that it looks like my player is doing high knees exercise. its kinda funny. overall any moving animation is not really smooth. camera angles during celebrations are sometimes just showing the players legs. you cant see them fully. those are just couple of them. I dont wanna make this too long. again, Im hoping this is just the trial version not working right.

For me to know exactly how you want your team to play, we would need to thoroughly talk about that and for me to go into detail about each setting under team management. This kind of personal request is only reserved for members under the "real football dons" tier though, so maybe consider checking that out 🙏

I think it needs a patch like every early release. First couple games went well, the game crashed mid game. Loaded it back up and could barely create any goal scoring opportunities on “simulation” mode and dnt get me started about the “weather effects”. Horrible effect on the ball n player movement. It’s like running with chains on your feet.😂

Give it some time, which aspect are you struggling with ? Creating chances or finishing them ? How do your moves keep breaking down ? Incomplete passes or just defenders marking you ?

Have a look at your tactis and player roles, they are key in how and where your players play. Regarding the defending, i haven't experienced this myself, did you apply all the settings like in the video ?

No because they individual team tactics still play a role in how the teams play. You can see in the video, all the teams play differently and pose different threats

With your settings I get past defenders so easy have nearly 100% possession my defenders leave gaps win nothing and I can barley run with my players I can’t pass as it dosent get to the player the ais are terrible for me idk why

I dont know why but the game seems wayy too easy this year. Last year I adjusted my sliders and had such a hard time getting through oppents and keeping a clean sheet but this year even with the slider the teams cant score a single goal against me or even get into my half. Im playing on Ultimate also. Could it be that my tactic just always counters my opponents?

Well it depends on how good the team you're playing with is. Can you identify whay specifically is too easy ? Do they never create chances? Do they not mark ? Do they keep misplacing passes or what ?

The thing is my defenders just mark them too tightly and easily win every header and duel. I play with a high line and teams cant even get into my halfe because all my defenders win every battle instantly or intercept the ball before it comes to the opponents. Yea, I get that, you can make them tigher but increasing the cpu marking, or increasing your pass error and first touch control error

I'd say check how many goals man united score in real life 😂 but seriously though, if you make it easier, once you get those 85+ players, you're gonna be scoring for fun. Give it some time and learn from your mistakes then let me know if it's still a problem

I had the problem that my players (like Mittelstadt for example who's realatively fast didn't accelllerated enough so he couldn't catch up with slower players) it was weird. And also players didn't get tired enough imo. So yes I really enjoy them now. I played against Sturm Graz CL game in kick off (I wait for manager career) and won 2-1 while I could've won 7-2 so yes realistic results) And ow yeah I let the keepers on 50/50 too. The increase off goalkeepeers doesn't do much than giving them weird annimations sometimes. Edit I play on world class. I have a chronic desease (inflammation pain in right hand now), am 34 so I'm not so fast as I used to be anymore. But it's challenging and realistic for me now. And am playing as VFB Stuttgart. Edit 2: tested against PSV and won 1-0 Tested against Real Madrid an lost 2-0
