brother. put like a milk crate on that back cargo carrier and then attach 2 rod holders. lean the rod holders back though to minimize the height. you'll be able to put your bucket in the box as well keeping yours hands free and your ride much safer.

I've tried kingfish in North Carolina and don't care for it it's too strong. I'm sure would be fine smoked. On a sailing trip in the keys I caught smaller sized king and cirio mackerel. Kept them on ice for 2 days . Then cleaned them, cooked them on the grill wrapped in foil with butter and zatterans. No one at the marina could tell them apart and it was good. I'm just saying I think flavors range regionally.
