Helloooooo everyone! Welcome my channel. Today's video is one of an inspired Gambian street snacks will show you how to make fish cake en sauce, which also happens to be is one of my favorite childhood snacks growing up in Gambia.
These are the simple lists of ingredients you're going to need:
DOUGH:
4 Cups of AP Flour
1 TBS of salt
Water as needed
Fish
Onions
Habanero Pepper
Salt to taste
Black Pepper
Garlic
Jumbo cube / optional
Oil to fry
