How to make Fondant bow 🔴 Loopy bow on cake 🔴 Gold cake

Hello everyone!
In this video I am decorating 10” round cake, so for loops you need divide that in 2, so so mine are about 4,5-4,75” long, that way I have some wiggle room.

This gum paste doesn’t need some cmc for not melting when working with it ? And I want to know what did you added to gold dust to make it liquid is that water ?

I use everclear (grain alcohol), that way it evaporates quick, gum paste just use straight from the bucket, if using fondant, that add cmc.. make sure loops are fully dry, several days to be sure, especially if you have humidity… hope this helps! 😊

Hi there! Yes, so is many other things 😀 First time I saw this sprayer was several years ago on food network, on one of the cake challenges and I use it since. I actually never spray it on buttercream, I only use it on decorations and fondant (which honestly no one eat, just peel it off the cake) . try it, you will love it! It doesn’t clog , you can use it just on the bow and paint cake by hand 👍
