What is the ratio of gum-tex to fondant Please? and does gum-tex have a flavor that will ruin the flavor of my marshamallow fondant?

She mentions that she's using fondant with gum-Tex. You can also use tylose powder mixed in to fondant or gum paste. It will dry faster and hard.
