Sugar - 1 tsp
Filling:
Minced meat - 500g
Onion - 250g

Water - 200ml

Yes, it looks delicious. I'm just gonna veganize it, by using soy meat replacement. And just either bake it, or use less oil to cook it.

@@SpringNotes I was always pretty and thin. When my first child was born, I wanted to get in shape. Lose a little weight. I got carried away by the ideas of veganism and even raw food. It was all so interesting. I am a person who is constantly learning something new, I like to analyze everything deeply. I am also very emotional. At first, you feel like a superhuman, a lot of energy and a clear mind. And then the resources run out, and your health collapses. I was a vegetarian for 9 years. I was 8 months pregnant with my third child, my hemoglobin dropped to a critical minimum. I could have died during childbirth. And I was still a vegetarian then. After giving birth, I could not restore my skeleton. My pelvic bones hurt. It is terrible, but it is very difficult to give up the vegetarian ideology. I re-aware of my priorities. I decided that I had to recover because I had to take care of my children. I started eating fish. Suddenly, war started in Ukraine. We were forced to leave home. It was difficult to find vegetarian food on the road. At that time, I still had a very limp when walking. I started eating meat, and immediately felt stronger. After about 1.5 years, all the problems with the skeletal system were gone. Now everything is ok.
