Very astute observation Mr. Smith. I nor anyone else can be 100% sure if he is high from watch this video. That is obvious. His delayed responses, lethargic movement, heavy eyelids, laughing at not so funny jokes, tempo of his speech, and his posture make me think of an indica high. My observations are not substantial and should be taken with a grain of salt just like every other thing you read on the internet. You obviously are not pro-cannabis, hence your extremist( pot head) pseudo-intellectual diatribe about how pot heads don't understand how people can be happy without weed. Josh Ozersky has said it all. No deep fried chicken can be good fried chicken. Maybe some asian recipes can get away with deep frying, but proper fried chicken is shallow fried.
