This is one of my moms favorite WHEAT RECIPE everyone would love!! (Wheat Angwa Mo) that we all grown up with. This is very different from your normal braised rice or Ghana "Angwa Mo" recipe but the taste is unimaginable!! So I really want you to try it at home if this is your first time.
INGREDIENTS:
- Bulgur Wheat
- Mandi Basmati Rice
- Oil
- Mixed Vegetables
- Onion
- Avocado
- Eggs
- Green Onion Leaves
- Fresh Tomato
- Fresh Garlic
- Green Pepper
- Sardines
- Hot Pepper
- Salt 🧂
- Red Bell Pepper
- Organic Chicken stock

Frozen veggies should always be added almost at the end of the cooking ….otherwise it looses it’s color and crunch …and I don’t know about you guys but annwa mmo with chicken stock will have an umami taste other than the normal taste I’m used to …keep it simple ladies!!! Anyways yummy as always!!!
