The problem with the world and India specifically is the prevalence of half baked ayurvedic teachers who know a little about a lot, but not a lot about anything. This is not Vedic Ghee!! Vedic ghee is only made from Milk from Desi cows (humped/Zebu) which is then turned into curd (not yoghurt). This is then churned (not blended) and cultured butter extracted as well as butter-milk. The cultured butter then makes the Vedic Ghee. What you are making is basically what dairy companies make and call ghee, that is clarified butter, not the same thing.
