Great video Jason, glad to see you put new ones out there. Do you think you might be able to teach this old blind dog a few new tricks? Maybe one day I’d like to fly out there and check out the Mile Hi shop and perhaps go through this class? Keep the new content coming, take care and keep safe.

A very nice video. Some excellent tips in here on how to run a gin still and experimenting with london dry. When you dump your main tank can you reflux it back to neutral for later batches?

For the filter bag in the Carter head I'm thinking cotton tube sock?

Would it make sense to keep the gin basket below the top of the still so there's no seepage back into the pot? losing 40-50% of your liquor sounds awfully inefficient.

Great video but whoever was drilling in the background made it almost unwatchable.
