the l.a ones open from the bottom you just need a pointy tool to open it. Hope that helps

Or you can just use the alchohol and give the finished project a VERY light spray with cheap hair spray, to keep it from rubbing off. Much easier.

U take a sharp pokey tool at the bottom and lift the round cardboard. All the pigment is at the bottom

So sinxe it's been awhile since you uploaded this, did the sprays get clogged from the hair spray at all? I've been watching many videos and yours is the first I've seen use hair spray. You can also add glycerin to get that faux leather look as well like the simply jane or something like that.

how do you keep your paper from buckling once you spray it.. I have glitter must but don't use them because I don't like the buckling once dried???

Hello Melody If I use my heat tool to dry my Layouts the bend a little, I dry the back too, it helps them bend back. if you let them dry by them self they don't bend hardly at all. Thanks so much 😊

I'd suggest that you use 90% alcohol. Some cheaper blends are 50% water which could lead to more paper buckling. Also the hairspray formula will already have alcohol in it. It may also have water. You can try making the mixture with less alcohol. The gold eyeshadow container does open at the bottom if you use a sharp tool to make a small hole in the bottom, you can pop off the bottom to get the powder out.

You could iron it on the lowest setting of your iron pressing gently to remove the creases. That is what I used to do to speed up the drying process when paper making. It gave the paper a nice smooth surface, made it a bit thinner than it would have been if not pressed, and help it dry faster.
