What you'll need:
2 medium tilapia fish
½ medium onion
1 bell pepper
3 scotch bonnet pepper
2 garlic cloves
Small piece ginger
2 tablespoons oil
½ teaspoon salt
1 cube chicken seasoning
Extra salt for the fish
½ lemon
For the yam
4 pieces of yam
¼ teaspoon salt
Oil for frying
1 tablespoon water
Plantain (optional)
Bake fish at 440°f / 220°c for 15 minutes the. Broil for 5 minutes

I have a question. So i once tried to grill my mackrel fish using my oven, it stayed about an hour before it was ready. Even when I removed it it was cooked, not grilled.
