I would love to have a Force for sure. I hooked a DJTT fighter to the MPC and mapped the 6 sets of 16 to 6 midi channels with note on/off on the knobs buttons. Gives pretty good results to trigger stuff on 6 tracks more or less having the same idea as yours here. Colors are different for each row and each bank has a color theme. Like the greens, the blues, rhe reds, .... These machines are fascinating as they hit a pretty sweet spot of usability vs complexity and most of all, prevents one from getting on socials etc when making music...

You can always hold your phone in your hand to do socials 🤣😂 But yeah, the Force and MPC are great! I love the new MPC 3 update. Did you try it too?

@Expectaz yes, having a blast w the second beta. Am.currently obsessing a bit on the Akai Distortion Custom fx as it is a clipper w quite nice abilities if input levels and gain adjustment after are done right. Like Air Channel Strip > PEQ4 > Disto Custom > Channel strip. Then I flatten the pad as this thing takes all slots.

I will try to convert the project into the latest MPC beta version. Since it looks more like the Force it might be straightforward. Am definitely curious to see if it can be done. What custom distortion do you mean? The new soft clipper on the MPC is great and I also like to flatten pads to have more slots and cup available 😄

I’m able to just load the Force Project straight into the MPC. Only the clips are removed but all pads are filled with the samples and effects that I’ve applied. Yes yes!!

This is what I want to learn how to set up.. 64 pad sonic pallet that I can play either live or to the sequencer and then Mute/unmute pads for performances… Can appreciate the amount of work it takes to tune and layer sounds and those kicks are 🧑‍🍳’s kiss awesome 👌

Really good to play with Expectaz! -first thing I did was to copy program pads, delete all the drums from one, the synths from the other so I can use X fader to easily make breaks or sections and assign effects as needed. Added the 303 program. Lots of fun!

I have the Oxi One, which is also nice but the Force can address really everything in the studio and record the audio as well. The Oxi one can be connected to the usb port of the force so then I can use the Force as midi router 😁 might make a video on that later. I uploaded a video on my channel this week with the Oxi One if you’re interested 😁
