If I can make a suggestion Ashliegh.. perhaps maybe adding a clear plastic slip over the cookie pop then tying it will help keep the pops secure better possibly and clean when passing them out? Just a suggestion of course. That’s what I do when making cookie sandwich pops with buttercream since they can be a bit heavier than icing. Love these pops though! Just beautiful 😻 work. One thing I have trouble making is Macarons because I make everything vegan that I bake so it can be a little tricky to make vegan Macarons come out that’s good!

@@SweetDreamsBakeShoppe I follow a woman’s channel here called “pies and tacos” she seems to make vegan macaroons very well.. I’ve yet to master it. Love to see you make it for us.. I’m not very good at it unfortunately and I’ve been vegan for years and Have made many things with aquafaba as I’m sure you know it whips into a meringue and taste absolutely no different than regular meringue. Hope you will try it soon!
