Pre tie loops on end of each string, you can cinch it down tighter than tying a square knot

I never understood why your bundles seemed small, at least to me. BUT, I never factored in the weight, and older customer my not be able to lift bigger bundles into their car. Totally get it now. Honestly, the bundle part of your business sets you apart, and if you are selling like 500 bundles a year, that’s a lot of sales you may not have gotten if it was bulk deliveries only. We live on acreage and I’ve tried to get my son to put a bundle stand at our driveway. He is 16, wants money but is also a lazy teenager 😂😂😂

I really don't make much more profit from bundles because it's so time consuming. I sell probably 1500 bundles per year, the best thing about them is steady money in the summer.

The upside down chair jig is brilliant and twine is sure a lot cheaper than the other options like bags and plastic wrap. It's great to have business ideas that don't cost an arm and a leg to get going! Here's something you could add to the bundles since you sell other wood: staple a business card to one of the pieces in each bundle. You could get even cheaper with just a piece of colored paper with the same info. It's possible that some of the people who buy your bundles might buy larger orders down the road and there's no downside to this as even a bit of branding adds perceived value to your product which would increase sales enough to offset the small cost.

I like the strings. I would use a slipknot on 1 end to cut the effort and time of making the knot

Use NATURAL FIBER baling twine so the twine can be disposed of by burning without nasty pollution intense plastic smoke… I LIKE your upside-down chair rack!
