Homemade Cheese Cubes Which Melt Perfectly Well. This recipe is beyond amazing and you probably have everything at home already. You don't need anything fancy !
For Jain - You can use homemade butter, if using ghee reduce quantity to 45 g (1 tsp less)
Ingredients-
2 litres milk
4.5-5 tbsp vinegar
50g butter
a little more than 1/4 tsp Salt
2 tsp secret ingredient ( watch the video to know it😍)
1/4 cup milk for blending
Vishesh Tippani-
The milk must be just warm enough for you to bear for 13 seconds before to curdle it.
Do not add all the vinegar at one go. Add in little by little and keep stirring slowly.
Ensure to let all the fizz go off from the secret ingredient before you add it into the cheese mix and blend.
Grease and line the mould with parchment paper before transferring the cheese mixture for setting.
The cling wrap must touch the surface of the cheese.
Grease the knife before you start cutting the cubes.
