These cookies are super good! I made mine gluten free (gf all-purpose flour+ extra liquid to compensate for the greater absorption by the gluten free flour) but it's still tastes really yummy. I'm currently eating my second cookie. 😀

It's probably because in the voiceovers she uses a microphone. In the intro she might just record it directly without a good microphone, which makes the sound quality not as good.

i just made some i would advise using a machine mixer but u can definitely mix it by hand but it will be a pain doing so, and will take a while to do so.

I think you have the butter amount wrong , but correct me if I'm wrong . You said in the video that you need 3 sticks . But it appear to me that you put in 3 half sticks which is 1 1/2 sticks of butter . I'm confused because I have those half stick butters at home and it looks the same in the video. Can someone help ?

I'm guessing her sticks are shorter and higher up but they definitely are sticks and not half sticks , so you should put in 6 half sticks of butter if that's all you have :)
