How to make HORIZONTAL Bubbles RING underwater (suitable for snorkeler too)

It is easier than you can think of, just get the concept right, practise for the touch and have fun with it. Making horizontal bubble rings is so cool and fun, and snorkeler can do it too, on the surface.
