Alex san, I will speak as a common subscriber. 1, Showing much of seasons, places and sceneries in a food video, I do not like. I want to know the recipe only. Over explanation is an over kill. 2. Are you making video for English speaking non Japanese or Japanese people ? 3, Showing too much of prep work like cutting vegetables, boiling noodlew or making dashi even though required, but details in length is not needed. 4, Lighting and better camera work gives a better impression.p 5, Japanese cooking is Minimalistic and Zen like in its approach to cooking. Hope you will not mind my ramblings.

Thank you for your constructive feedback. I appreciate the time you took out of your day to make it. We will take your inputs up and try to see what we can do to improve. I agree that the target may need to be narrowed down a little, but showing the seasons and explaining about the food is one of the things we find being nice and it creates a small story behind the video. Thanks again for the comment and support. I hope you will continue to watch the videos we put out as we improve over time :)
