Use "CC" (Closed Caption) get a print of his words on the bottom of the video, then use "Settings - "Autotranslate" "to convert them to another language. Mind you, the English translation is very, very bad.......

I tried looking for a homemade inari recipe but all of them do it with a store-bought product. Nice to find this lovely frenchman explaining how to do it at home! Merci.

Thank You so much; you've shown me how to make the steps for Inari Sushi that other chefs have been getting from another store or company. I am happy now that I can use up those firm tofu blocks to make it and the deep-fried puffs just by draining and cutting them finely.

Any possibility that you could write out the directions in English? Mostly like oil temp and times?
@jwlawrey
@jwlawrey 3 жыл бұрын
I read on another recipe that the oil should be low to medium heat, and take about 15 minutes to cook. Also soak the tofu over night before cooking then pat dry next day

Kitsune udooooon! Par contre, j'ai du mal à trouver du tofu ferme, même quand j'achète du soi-disant "extra ferme" il n'a rien à voir à celui-ci... Du coup je me contente d'atsuage en attendant...

You think this will work in airfryer???
@HeyLittleJean
@HeyLittleJean Жыл бұрын
Hi ! I think the tofu will be too dry after aIrfrying. It’s much more better if you fry it with oil. Also the tofu will keep excess oil in it and it will be easier to work with when you use it to make stuffed tofu or ramen. 😊

Bonsoir , dans la vidéo à la fin je dis que « comme on ne l’a pas cuit dans l’eau comme pour les inari sushi ». Dans la vidéo des aburaage on ne fait pas de cuisson à l’eau. Bonne soirée .
