Use carob powder. Might be lightly roasted, but much better for you than cacao (aka crackao).

There's no way I can eat that much sorbet in a bowl like that to me that's too much but it looks fruity & delicious can't wait to try it in my Nam2 too bad I would have to buy the attachment so I'll use my other Nama to make my sorbet. Dragon fruit has not a great flavour as mangoes have but it has an interesting texture, and perhaps combined with mango it gains a lot. Anyway, the whole Ice cream seems very tasty. It's a must-try.

Fruit sugar is different from refined sugar though. Our body metabolizes it different as well. Although you’re right if you have a medical condition like diabetes you would have to be super careful and monitor intake with the guidance from a nutritionist/specialist.
