My favourite thing about fruit is how we engineered them to have smaller seeds, less fibrous flesh and more soft, easy to eat flesh.. The fruit of today vs the fruit of 1700's are completely different. Keep fooling yourselves.

I've been vegan for 6+ years. In December I began a 31 day raw diet. The first 2 days I indulged in tons of veggies and fruits. Today is day 3... I needed some inspiration for sauces. And yours helped me get inspired to create some new sauces. Thanks for the ideas. Thumbs up. 👍

@@elainewilliams5019 More like "Vegan" is the Genre, and "Raw Food Vegan" is a Sub-genre. They both are defined by the fact that the person eats only plant-based foods. One is generally plant-based, and the other is raw and plant-based, but I think of them both as lifestyles.

I would love a video to see how you source/ shop weekly and how you store in the fridge!! With a family of four some times it’s tricky to buy so much fruit / veg and make sure there’s enough, without going shopping all the time! Any tips would be appreciated!

One thing to look into is buying cases, or wholesale/bulk. If your family eats many bananas, etc. Also Restaurant Depot, Costco, etc. I hope this is a bit of help and perspective.

I changed the way I eat for you and my diabetes improved before my sugar was at 800 and per day my sugar was 500 and my A1C was at 11 and now it is 5 and my sugar per day is 100 and sometimes less I changed my way of eating For your inspiration, even though I'm not vegan, I still only eat fish and many fruits and vegetables, I left many meals and it's a process, thank you 🙏❤️ , Happy Birthday 🎂 ❤ thank you

@@carolferguson food and exercise and You have to change your mind and want to heal yourself, before I injected myself 5 times with insulin, you have to say enough, I can't continue dying every day, you have to do it for yourself first and for the people who suffer, see that you are killing yourself, eliminate everything that rises sugar, rice, potatoes and pasta, you can eat if you want but not every day and if you can

1:10 kristina's hair is looking nicer too - really silky and soft. My parents have gone more plant-based recently and their hair color (from white) is coming back, not only that - their hair color is changing to what it was as a kid. They used to smoke, so their hair's been black. Now it's starting to look like the auburn color from childhood. Their hair was wiry an course from dairy and other products - now it's silky soft like what I'm seeing in this video! It's amazing how powerful a diet change works!

Big Mahalo for these recipes & being a positive inspiration for all. I am trying to eat raw 3 times a week. I am vegan no salt oil or sugar all plant based . I am drawn to the raw meals. I so miss Hawaii and the Avocados , mangoes , papaya and lychee that I use to eat back in the day. I love the idea of the wraps. When my Ninja blender decides to quit I will invest in a Vitamix. So far I am able to make sorbets with frozen and fresh fruits.

Remember to take pure seasalt or else you will be permanently less hydrated than you realise. Table salt is poison..sea salt is 90 trace minerals.water uptake drivers through the cell wall need salts.

This is great! I do believe it’s WAY easier to eat so well in countries or areas where you have access to these fresh organic fruits and veggies….I live in the suburbs and it’s not economical to purchase organic foods every week. And we live in a cold climate where pretty much everything is shipped in, except for the 2 or 3 summer months where you can find local farms that sell organic fruits/veggies.

I’m loving the meal ideas, as I live in a cold climate in winter, I’ve been thinking about ways to stay warm while eating raw (I don’t have a vita mix to warm things up) but in the meantime, I’m making smoothies, juicing veggies eating mono meals and now looking at the wraps you just made! Hey Friend! Remember to add some spiciness to warm up your body - ginger, cinnamon, jalapenos and other hot peppers, garlic - if you can tolerate and enjoy those! I live in a 4-season climate and I had to remind myself of this often when I was fully raw vegan in the winter in the past. I'm planning to head back into this lifestyle after way too long of not being here. Happy trails! and may you stay warm.

I am on Day 12 today, the day is ending and I'm finishing my last juice tonight as I watch this. I have been raw for years, on and off since 2003. I love your videos, I have been watching you since your days in Bali. I am trying to be on a longer fast of 30 days, working out meal plans when it is done. I am going to keep juicing a couple times a day and incorporate a raw meal. The rainbow wraps have me wanting it now, but I know its not time yet. I would think so…… as a raw plant eater that’s what I can consume as well 👍🏽 but deffo listen to your body and just eat the amount that feels good for you….. some days I can eat loads of raw salads and some days not so much ……. Now I’m mainly eating fruits it’s the same, some days I can eat lots of fresh yummy fruits and drink freshly made fruit juices too , but some days it may be less, I intuitively listen to my second brain, my gut 🥰 or I like to think it’s actually my first brain 😜🍒🍓🍇🍎🍉🍑🍊🍋🍍🍌🥑🍏🍈🍐🥝🥥🍅🫐😘

Unfortunately too much fruit gives me stomach pain. But I can't do veggies....not raw. I force myself to eat them cooked

I am not fully raw vegan because i am vegetarian too eating cook fully veggies of any types, my favourites veggies cook in covonut milk and tomato, plus herbs it is so yummy follow by spicy chilly and vinegar, thank you christina for the recies, i will try to make that salad look so yummy

That’s true. I don’t have patience of cutting mangoes and putting in bowl and then eat. Sorry usually I directly dive into eating fruits and then until I can stop

Oh yes, that’s a great idea. I do that but I make it like ice cream I freeze my bananas. I like to freeze my fruit mix it together but I do add a little half-and-half, milk or little heavy cream or coconut milk or sometimes I don’t but I like to make it like ice cream. It is delicious.😋

I really cant believe people believe this... not even a cow can eat a whole watermelon, a whole melon, a whole mango and 1kg of strawberries in one meal.
