How to make ikòkòrè ijebu( water yam Pottage)

This is a simple and easy way of cooking this delicious delicacy with lots of balanced ingredients.It is originated from South west of Nigeria.It can be cooked with different types of fish or meat and can be cooked with anything one has according to pocket capacity.

This is ikokore Lagos not ijebu,we cook ikokore with eja palamu and ponmo it will bring out the good taste
