Nothing like good homegrown and roasted inamona! A must have! I eat it with almost everything when I eat Hawaiian food! And here in Seattle if I no can get da kukui nuts, I use other different types of nuts, but they just can't beat the taste of Kukui!!!!

This is a great and beautiful video! Very helpful. Thank you!!! Should salt then be added only when you are ready to use the inamona?
