Make sure not to overcook the noodles.. you just have to boil it for 1 minute then check the texture by tapping 1 noodle with your finger.. if it's solid but cuts off easily then turn off the heat and drain water and wash with cold water.. You don't want to overcook the noodles.. it'll taste mushy like bread dough and it won't really taste good

Shouldn’t use metal on a non-stick pan bad idea scraping off the chemicals, and then you’ll just ingest them with your food, might have a bad stomach ache, and have other problems, recipe looks good tho

But adding a pinch of sugar doesn’t make it sweet, my mum once made ambrella curry and she added a pinch of sugar because that’s what the recipe said, and I didn’t want it to be to sweet so I told her no but then she said it won’t be sweet, after it finished cooking I tried it and I couldn’t even taste any sugar at all, it adds a taste to it (which is yummy) but for the milk idk I would still add it tho

I differently lol. I strain the noodles, then add the sauce packets and seasoning ofc, and THEN add Lee kum Lee hoisin sauce. And old bay. It’s very good 😅

Fun fact: in Indonesia, there are actually two different Indomie Mie Goreng variations for different areas. For Java, it has chili sauce and fried onions, but in Kalimantan (Borneo in other languages), it has no chili sauce (replaced with chili powder) and fried onion. Not sure for other areas. But this doesn't apply to the jumbo version and this version is the same as the Java variation
