How To Make Italian Pizza At Home

You guys have been begging us to share how we make our Italian-style pizza at home, so we are excited to share this tutorial! We have a weekend pizza tradition where we start the dough on Friday, and have pizza for dinner on Saturday and Sunday! It's actually really fun to make, so if you try it, let us know how it turns out! We like simple toppings like fresh tomatos, arugula and burrata, but you can really top with anything! (except pineapple...) This is an great way to make fantastic pizza without a brick or wood-fired oven and Alessio says this pizza is the closest he gets to that authentic Italian taste. Minimal kneading required and just a few ingredients! Pizza made simple and delicious!
