When we trust the process, and follow the steps along the way, we begin to see how, and we arrive gently and gracefully at our goal.

Sounds like Italy ticks all of the boxes for you two to continue. Maybe you could still take the 40 days over there and find a temporary home for your cat at your friends or someone. Or consider moving to Italy for longer in case you will need more treatments. Don't give up, I can't imagine the emotional and physical pain you're going through. And I want to say don't give up, but with prices in USA, it's unknown how far you could get, so Italy would probably be a better option. Whatever you decide, just know it's the right decision for you two. God bless you.

I feel bad for you, and honestly, I don't know how I'd feel if I hadn't had children already. I'm remarried and went through Invitro due to having my tubes tied previously. I was approximately 38 at the time. I don't think I'd put myself through Invitro again, as mine went "very wrong"....I ended up with sepsis. Which led me to multiple surgeries ending with a hysterectomy. IMO Doctors think that they know better than the last doctor. I was fortunate in the respect that my insurance covered all the expenses. You are young and I think you would be such a wonderful adoptive couple for any baby. If I had to do it over, I would've tried the adoption route. I'm 65 & everything happened how it was supposed to- and we are in a different phase of life. I hope you take this with the spirit it is intended. Love to you both.

I reccomen México. Flights are cheap, stay is cheap, food is cheap and many clinics even offer packages. There is one I can think of that offers a package of up to 5 rounds. 🤷🏻‍♀️ Just a thought. Wish you the best. We were told we couldn't and then my mom reccomended México. They gave my husband Testosteron shots which here they didn't because they said it could definitely leave my husband infertile. Guess what? The shots worked. I have always felt México cures you. They don't play around. They want you up and running.
