200gr flour
3tbsp olive oil
1 pinch of salt
120ml warm water
INGREDIENTS FOR THE FILLING:
450gr ricotta cheese
200gr frozen spinach
80gr parmigiano cheese
1 small onion
2 cloves garlic
50gr butter
5 eggs
salt and black pepper to taste
