Solomon Dy I'm sure it's here, it's just not very common. In the valley there's hardly any pizza place where you walk in and see all sorts of different pies displayed. Another thing we either don't have or have very little of is Ziti Pizza.

I wish I could try some of Jerry's Pizza, it looks delicious. There is this place in Arroyo grande day that I think makes pretty great pizza called Klondike café. Every Tuesday night is all you can eat pizza night if you guys ever go up that way you should stop there and try some they have white pizza there too

Great video Bruno, I just now got a food processor and a pizza stone, I’m trying something called “cold fermenting” my dough, it’s done by mixing the pizza dough, letting it rise then putting in a container and refrigerating it for 2 days and letting it warm to room temperature, I’ve heard it improves the flavor and dough quality. Jerry’s pizzas still look amazing!🥳🍕

Cooper Bouvier By the end of the month, all of our flowers will be brown and crispy. A lot of things have already died or stopped blooming. Hottest March on record and 4th year of no water. :-/ Pretty for now though.

Maybe try making pizza bread next time. Same way as a pizza but the crust is folded over, like a stambolli and wash with egg. Real good if you add spinach in it as well,

The first minute or so of this video is a visual answer to the question "Why don't you guys just move?" when you post about bad times (and yes I know, I've asked the question myself). You have put so much work and dedication into that place. I wish you could just teleport the apartment somewhere else! The pizza looks wonderful! I love white pizza, though I think of it a little different. The standard definition of white pizza seems to be no sauce, but I like to make a literally white pizza with white sauce...alfredo, carbonara, etc. Very tasty!

***** I think I dedicated an entire video to why we're still here, but you'll wonder that again if I post the current neighbor situation. It's hard for us to even justify it now. But yes, a ton of work and expense has gone into this house over the past 8 years. We've made it our own. Jerry needs to live near his job and public transit, as well as have stores in reasonable walking distance. The space we have is right for what we do for a living. Our house has a very stupid layout that works in our favor for filming, and we're allowed to customize it. We will not get a better deal on rent, anywhere in LA. This is not an apartment, it's a 4 bedroom house with two car garage and large enclosed backyard. We live near a lot of things we need to live near, which is very, very important in this state. Having moved a number of times, we know how many thousands of dollars it is to move 15 minutes down the road, and how many months it takes to set up the new place. This is the best deal for us, minus the outrageous neighbors. These types of people are everywhere in CA. This is "Dog Country" and we have "Car Culture." Tons of entitled and unreasonable people live here and know they can get away with most of their terrible behavior b/c LA is so huge. It's hard to enforce anything. We've lived in six different places in CA, and it's been the same neighbors and issues in each place. If we wanted to buy a house right now, the bank would laugh at us. Maybe in another year or two, but no way right now. If we moved, it'd be another rental. All of that expense and setting up, at a place we don't want to stay at for much longer. If we move again, it's out of CA. Now in CA, we have a number of friends, business contacts, events/conventions, etc (and Jerry's job) that somewhat keep us here. It's just really unfortunate that people have to be such inconsiderate a-holes, especially to people who have done nothing to them. We're stuck here until we can afford to go somewhere better. :-/

I love Pizza, Jerry what is bothering me beside having no peel if measuring flour with a liquid measuring cup. So far your doing it right Jerry I am pround of you, you must have some Ninja Turtle in you. You have the salt in the later yeast stage right, so what does adding salt do at this stage you ask. On lower concentrations salt will throttle the yeast fermentation producing a richer and more uniform crumb.
