I give you an answer but it just started in my neighborhood 6 months ago. At 2 o'clock in the afternoon, all the dogs constant howl and a few barks. Not just in a certain area of the neighborhood but all of the neighborhood. The cars, oh yeah that happens here too. One girl got into an accident at 1:30 in the morning. Her crying was the loudest I ever heard. Yes, she was in her PJs when she crashed. That was three weeks ago, the tire marks are still there. We have so many of them do it here. One solution that I could think of and is what my family is thinking about doing in my neighborhood, is too ask city hall for speed bumps. Of course your lovely neighbors will retaliate even more but maybe it lesson the noise a bit.

Maybe try contacting a local news station or a local paper that does city complaint story's like these. At least that would bring some attention to the rudeness your neighbors are causing and maybe draw a bit of notice to someone higher up.

Now I understand why when I left an actual positive comment on your living situation, you responded kind of negatively. I'm glad you said you're exploring legal options, because the worst thing you can do is let this stand. You're letting the bully win NOW...suffering in silence helps nobody. You literally have no other options. You need to show the cops ALL of this video (especially with the guy referencing what the cops can suck). You have clear facial video of him creating a public disturbance, endangering public safety, etc. From the sounds of it, this guy needs to be SECTIONED, hospitalized for not only the public's safety but HIS. Besides that (because I just don't feel like you are going to go that route), please LET US HELP YOU. This is what Kickstarter and Patreon are for. Do a Kickstarter...I mean think about it. If you guys CAN move, think how much better your videos will get! It's not as much accepting charity as improving the quality of your channel! I can practically GUARANTEE that if you did a Kickstarter for moving costs, breaking the lease, all costs, you'd nail it. Come up with some great incentives, that way it ISN'T charity. We care about you guys...at least I do, and this is SOUL CRUSHING to watch. You cannot let this continue...I know you've done all the work, the house and the yard are beautiful, and yeah if you move they get what they want. But you get what you want to...peace and quiet, sanity. Jerry is TALENTED, I totally believe he can find work in Oregon and from what I hear there is great public transportation there. And you guys...the internet is just the workplace these days. You HAVE all your contacts, they know what you can do...in a world of websites, Skype, Facetime, etc, I don't think location matters. Either get the dude arrested or get moving, NOW. I don't care if you ever make another video but you are all 3 amazing people and I can't stand this for you.

This by far is the best suggestion here. I am not a very active voice in your channels but I try to watch every video and spread the word about u three as much as possible.... BUT sadly the truth is, the police and the legal system will do nothing but make matters worse and I am afraid this will continue for u as well. I do not know much of your work outside of your videos but at the end of the day you have to do what is best for you all. I can only speak on what I know but I Def suggest moving.. People in worse financial situation do it everyday. Look into foreclosures, and start a kickstarter . I don't know what the property type is like out there but here in tn I am thankful for land and small towns. I wish u all the best and hope u will keep us all updated. If u guys ever want to escape to middle tn, I would love to meet yal and let yal see the beauty we have here. Thank u guys for the wonderful work you do. I know there is a lot of bad in things but I truly appreciate it and by the outpouring of messages, a lot of others do to. Wow, Bruno, my heart goes out to you, Mia, and Jerry. The three of you are all incredibly nice, honest, and truly good-hearted people. It's a shame that your neighbors relish in making you miserable, it's disgusting. I wish there were a way to help you, or a solution I could suggest, but it's a tough situation. He's clearly unable to be reasoned with, but there's no way for you to really do anything about it. You tried speaking as politely as possible to him (after hours of frustration) only to be threatened and laughed at. If I were in your situation I wouldn't feel safe in that neighborhood anymore. I know you've put years of work into the house and yard and trying to make it feel comfortable, but you can only take so much torment and harassment, can't you? It's not right that you should have to yield, but I really see no other way that the three of you can stay there and remain happy, comfortable, and safe. It just seems like it's reached a tipping point. I'm sure there are a number of factors to consider though, and my opinion is based only on what I've seen in your vlogs. I really hope your situation can be resolved peacefully.

AnouJoey There's a reason breaking California into six states was proposed. It's too big, it's "ungovernable." They can't enforce anything. Look at our water situation. They just make new laws and everything is on the honor system. No one else is calling the police b/c that makes things worse. Police have been here before and nothing happens. These people aren't going to change their behavior. Making noise is a way of life for them. Calling the police will result in something worse than what you see in the video. There are so many of these people who won't question Scumbag's orders. Stupid people are even more dangerous in large groups.

livingnightmare92 What is it with people? It's unfortunately not a matter of thinking positive. Many things are disturbed by the noise, two of which are working and sleeping. Both are very important for sustaining life and home. We're very behind on the other channel b/c of this. There are so many better things we could be doing. Since we don't know what they want with us or what they're trying to accomplish, we have to worry about some of them being violent. Lots of gang activity in this area, also why police will not respond to this, it's low priority. It's really hard to do what we do when this is happening and moving is not an option yet. We went to the police and they said they can't do anything so it just sucks. :-/ We do our best anyway, but it really sucks.

Bruno, Mia and Jerry just constantly blowing air horns. Although with this scumbag, he'd probably see that as escalation and do something even worse and more illegal. I'm happy that you got out of this situation. Sorry it took so long.
@DividedAsOne5 жыл бұрын
Uggh. Thanks. And sadly this was so far from the only reason we moved. Bad neighbors weren't even the only reason, with this guy being one of so many surrounding nightmare neighbors. (This video represents three different houses of scum, but there were many more). Man what a nightmare living there was, and believe it or not I kept most of it out of the vlogs so just every video wasn't us complaining about something. I'm happy to say people are much better where we are now, I really hope it stays that way. What can you do in that situation? Legally, you can ask them to stop, or go to the police. We did both, and both had no results. Had we taken the law into our own hands, we would have been up against all of the scumbags you saw in this video, and all of their friends. People like that always know endless numbers of fellow scumbags, and you don't know what they're capable of. They also called the police on us once, b/c they didn't like us. We weren't a family, and they wanted a family to rent the house we were in, and the police actually came. Nothing happened to us since it was a phony report, but nothing happened to them either for doing it. Nothing was ever enforced, and the bad guys knew it, and it allowed them to wreak havoc. And we're certainly not going to be the people we hate. It's not us, it would only make things worse, and the law actually did apply to us. Just us. Wanna ask me how much I miss living there? ;)

I'm truly sorry that you've been dealing with this bullshit for two years. In every video of yours that I've seen, you seem like a nice guy who doesn't deserve that, but really nobody deserves what you've been going through. I don't think I'd wish this on my worst enemy. I haven't been to every part of California, but California has a long history of loving just about anything with an engine and wheels, some areas more so than others. I think those areas are usually suburban and rural areas, since motor vehicles are more of a necessity when communities are more spread out. There's a guy in my neighborhood with a loud, rumbly hog that he likes to take out for a ride once or twice a day and seems to like letting the neighbors know that he has the thing by letting it idle for several minutes, occasionally reving it, before he takes off. I don't like hearing my neighbor's motorcycle, but his rides are usually at reasonable hours, he has the decency to leave the neighborhood when he does ride, and he doesn't go out of his way to make noise. Small potatoes compared to your ordeal, I know, but I feel like I at least know where you're coming from. You'd think that as much as your neighborhood douchebag loves to ride/drive, he'd maybe think about going to a racetrack and/or a dragstrip, where he could really get those urges out of his system. Anyway, there has to be some sort of a noise ordinance you can invoke in this situation and I couldn't imagine it being legal for anyone to ride a motorcycle on a sidewalk.

don't let idealism cloud your judgement. you could be in danger. moreso, if you manage to attain some kind of legal manoeuvre. he will find a way to retaliate, and since 27+ days of incessant aggression was his response to a simple, civilised attempt at resolving the issue, lord knows what he'll do if you get an intervention order, or even have him charged with something. you're fighting a losing battle. move, and move soon. your bad luck is bound to run out. the next place might be perfect. i'm genuinely concerned and wish you all the best.

You should call the police it's called reckless driving and its illegal you don't need to be scared to call them hell if I had your address I'd call them it's just gonna keep happening until YOU do something Bruno if it bothers you so much you should call the police

It's not that I disagree, but it's like this. The cops come out, see the evidence, and issue a citation. Okay, so the dude has a ticket. Now he's even ANGRIER at them, and finds more ways to make their lives Hell on Earth. I think there's some stuff in this video that could get the dude arrested, but if he DOESN'T get time, he just returns.

***** We're going to see the Sheriff about a restraining order and/or something else along those lines. We showed some of this to an officer tonight (where Ninjor gave the rangers their Ninja powers, coincidentally), and even though he deals with gangs, he was disgusted by this, and gave us some advice.

Oh jeez. Bruno, I can't imagine how difficult situation is for you. You mentioned how you, Jerry and Mia are not liked because you are not a family. Based on what you've shown us in your videos, you guys are more of a family than these neighbors are: you all have good values and are in no way mean people. I hope that things get better for you. I wish there was some way I could help you in some way. I'd be frightened if I couldn't call the police or any lawyers or any "person in charge." If you have trouble sleeping, try buying Midnites. It's melatonin and if you take it, you'll fall asleep. I don't know. It helps me a lot ha ha. Wishing you all the best in the near future.

Bruno be careful what you do because this guy seems like someone who would have violent issues and I hope thing will eventually improve. Also it is stupid he way they treat you because instead of treating you as the nice people you are they treat you bad just for not having a family and renting a place that is the most idiotic thing I have ever heard in along time.

I feel for you guys. I had the same problem with my next door neighbour playing music all day, they had an open plan house so it was in every room. The solution? I should have more to do with my day, meant I couldn't film reviews. But there will be something you can do :) Keep your head high dude! People love what you do, I hope one day we can collab, so just keep doing what you're doing! :)

You should "incorporate" his motorcycle and other things into a few videos like a motorcycle review or something. Then walk out and flag him down , then thank him for the great motorcycle passing fast audio and say " this used to bug me but know it's helping me thank you "

Thenoble117 Maybe watch the video again and try to imagine living this way. I have a subscription to a site that has sound effects. I'm already paying for it. I don't need to have this aggressive stupid guy keeping me from sleeping, working, and enjoying my home. :-/

Kindness is the best weapon
@DividedAsOne9 жыл бұрын
Thenoble117 I wish I lived in the reality that some of you guys seem to. I've never screamed or retaliated, or said anything not nice to him. I made many attempts to get to know the neighbors when we moved in. I recently tried to introduce myself (again) to one of the girls next door. I stuck my hand out and said, "Hi, I'm Bruno." 8 years and nobody in that house knows our names. She stared at me. I asked her name, she replied with "It's not important." And went back inside. This guy in the video does not want to be my friend and he doesn't want to like me. He wants to terrorize the neighborhood. Kindness has failed. I tried to talk to him, one time, and he's been retaliating for over 30 days now. If I told him the sound he loves the most was helping me, do you think he'd do it less? These are people who have made up their mind and their mind will not be changed. These are not reasonable people. They are entitled people who know what they can get away with and they will do just that. If someone tells them how to live their life, they are the enemy. Really, I don't know how much more kindness I can show them. At some point, it needs to be on the other person. It's their turn to get a reality check and start following some laws and stop harassing people and endangering themselves and others with reckless driving. I'm tired of hearing about things I can do. I just want to go on with my day and not be bothered or harassed. I'm inside my own house not bothering a soul. Let someone else tell these scumbags things THEY can do to not be unlawful scumbags.

It is illegal to ride anything on a sidewalk... Even a bicycle.... And for sure a bike like that.
@deathlord2699 жыл бұрын
I don't know about the state statutes for California, but I know we have laws against a lot of what they're doing here in Wisconsin. especially riding on the sidewalk. that might be worth a google search to look up the state statutes for where you live, not just typing in {example state} laws. A trick I learned while I was going to school for Criminal Justice.

I don't know much about the vehicular laws in California. But I do know laws about "racing" cars and bikes. For one thing, the burnouts are illegal. Also the speeds they run are perfectly legal on a race track but it is not legal on regular streets. Why? Because it is considered reckless driving on regular streets. With the kid, that is child endangerment. You could easily call child services anonymously. I understand that you don't want to call the police but this is a situation where you need to. If they lose control of their vehicles, they could drive through your home and injure or kill one of you. Trust me. I work in the racing industry and I've seen too many wrecks on the track that has seriously injured or killed people from a loss of control or just plain stupidity.
