Hi Gina. I have always had problems with chicken breasts coming out dry. I'm going to marinate them like you did. And thanks for the heads up on how much oil to use. I wasn't using enough and they always stuck and we're too dark on one side. You are making me a better cook!

Tina love your videos. I have a question you said to let the chicken set out about 30 mins before frying. U season it, put in in buttermilk set back in the frig but once u take it out of the frig u coat it them immediately fry it with no wait wait time. I’m confused.
