Hey Isaac, yep you can try coconut cream. Try half a can first and if it's not creamy enough add the rest of the can. Kara Coconut is best 💯🌴

Hi Nelakesa, allow to cook with the lid on for about 5 mins. This is to brown the meat. The rest of the cooking process will be done when on simmer for 15-20mins with potatoes at the end
