The market you went to is not well known to most foreigners but definitely way better and cheaper than the famous kuromon market in Osaka. It’s great you went around more local areas to try out different things (unlike *cough cough* Mikey chen who said Osaka doesn’t have good food when he’s only ever been to Namba 😅) And I really laughed when I thought the restaurant said “please do not come to our restaurant” 😂 and micah asking if you wanted a shot of the noodles. Awwww

Hi Mark, Welcome back to Japan over and over and over🥰. Mark, your work has been a significant part of my culinary global journey for years. Your presentations, tastings, and preparations have always inspired me. You're the best global culinary art specialist in the world, with your knowledge of the best places and 'Ana-ba' (slang for great places not too many people know, even locals). I still have some of the list you showed us in the past, I will go soon in October, except for Hokkaido, bit too far from Tokyo. Thank you, Thank you, Arigatoh, Japan wa Mark-san wo aishiteru🍣🍱😘.
