How to make Kaya Malaysian Style (coconut jam)

Kaya is a Malaysian Coconut Jam that goes well with bread as a spread. My friend's kids really like the kaya I make. So instead of making for them, I ask them to learn how to make it so they can make it for their family. In order to remember the steps, they asked me to document it and create a video so they can watch it when they want to make kaya.
