Love your videos!! If you sub 1/4 cup raspberries or strawberries blended with a 1/4 cup water for the 1/2 cup water with the gelatin, you will have amazing berry marshmallows! Also, definitely try allulose, in my humble opinion, it is hands down the best keto sweetener out there.

Great tip! Now I need to make more marshmallows!!! I do LOVE Allulose and always use it in Ice Cream. It should definitely work great for marshmallows too :)

I made this this week, I’ve always want to make my own marshmallows! I don’t know why I’ve waited so long, this recipe was super easy and very tasty! I will make them again. I made them with all Boca Sweet but when trying to toast them over the fire they never browned only melted. Next time I’ll mix some allulose to get them to brown more.

I think it is even better if you try it with xylitol... not only it would be keto friendly but teeth friendly too!

Every time I make these I have a thick layer of Gelatin on the bottom of my Marshmallows. What am I doing wrong?

I wonder have you tryed Xylitol since most people use that to produce authentic marshmallow.

Unfortunately I won't watch high speed videos that speed through the 'doing' of the recipe and doesn't give you any clue as to what your adding or how much....and your forced to go to the website to get all the details.....
