I just made Zach rocheleau 49 calorie angel food cake. I used Alani nu confetti cake protein powder to make it, and thought it tasted like a marshmallow. The outside even toasts like marshmallow. It's fluffy and squishy. I wrapped a warm slice of it around a sugar free Hershey square (don't come for me! I'm dirty keto!) and it tastes smores-y to me! If anyone wants a cheap, no-gelatin marshmallow substitute!

She has a gas stove top. If you have an electric stove you can toast them by holding them under the broiler element with the oven door open. I think a real marshmallow roasting skewer w handle would be safer.
