Too late, but you should air dry in a cool dry place. Refrigerator is too humid for drying.

@@nawshinkabir9 I think you did something wrong because these don’t spoil when they are being dried 😭 you cannot dry them in the refrigerator it has to be in the open!

Unfortunately, gelatin is not suitable for Kohakuto. Maybe you can get agar agar on Amazon or Asian food store.

Dry in refrigerator is possible ? Isn’t come liquid after ? Or is better to dry in rom temperature ?

First you put it in the fridge for it to become jelly, then after it’s jelly you cut it and dry it in room temperature for over a week!

Yes! you can😄But,the texture may be a little different. And, it may not be necessary to dry for a week. It'll probably be fine in a few days.

Either not cooking your agar agar long enough or the sugar.

You can use a wax paper or a silicone sheet😉You could also use a grid, but the “Kohakuto” might stick a little to it🤔
