The video was excellent and I learn a lot followed every step and my Koki came out perfect am happy I landed on this particular video because every information I needed was there. The only issues I had was that the Video was too long just work on you editing. It was my first time but I SUBCRIBE for more.

Hi Anita 🌸 I see that the water the Koki is cooked in is minimum. Is the Koki cooked on a high or medium heat? Roughly how long does it take for the Koki to be ready?

Hello Ira it took me about 3hrs because of how big the bundles where. So my advice the smaller the bundles are the less time it will take to be ready. And the bigger the bundles the longer it will take

Great video. But I just to say that using zipock bags is a bad practice because at high temperatures it will leach chemicals into your food which are potentially cancer causing agents. You might want to try using parchment paper with aluminum foil instead.
