I am diabetic and also dieting. For a sweet treat, I go to theDollar Tree and get a couple of small jars of Pickles and the sugar free flavor packets that you mix in bottled water. I just made a jar of Hawaiian Punch and a jar of Skittles flavor. I just pour 2 flavor packs in and shake it up.

This reminds me of the time my mother-in-law (who doesn't like dill pickles) got a recipe from her sister that involved adding sugar to the dill pickles. They were disgusting. I can't imagine why anyone would ruin a yummy kosher dill pickle with sugar! To each her own, but this isn't for me!
