I made this today, it turned out very tasty. In this preparation all the ingredients are easily available at home. It took very less time to prepare. The cardamom powder added in the end took the dish to a whole new level. Thank you for this and many other easy and tasty recipes :-))

Hi Foodie! I did kuska today as per your instructions and it came out amazing. My mom praised me that my kuska tastes best among the other kuskas which i had tried seeing other channels. And even I can see that it is my best bcoz usually i cant tell difference with my cooking. I made for 4 people with 3.5cups of rice. I used more qty of mint and coriander leaves for grinding. It turned out perfect and thank you so much for that!!!!!😍 Your method of grinding everything into a paste and mixing is superb and my family likes food that way. Thumbs up buddy👍 keep up
