Haha thanks! Well that's not just a simple effect that you can do in 2 minutes..., I use a rush of the lightsaber with a green background that I was able to incrust in Premiere pro and then I tracked it with my movement. The whole thing took me several hours ... 😅

Is it better to use hot glue or wood glue? I saw your mjolnir video and u used wood glue. What should I use?

You can use both, but wood glue is the one that allows to do everything. I started to use hot glue (after Mjolnir) to glue specific parts faster! Because I have to work fast to publish these tutorial regularly, and wood glue can be quite long too dry... On the other hand you couldn't do everything with hot glue because some parts of these build require times to work on them while they are drying!

If you can use PVA glue, I'd say use it as much as you can. I personally use hot glue because I need to work fast, but if I could I would use wood glue for everything :)

Thank you Gamingprox!! I won't color them because Cardboard is not a good material when it comes to that part unfortunately. Painting them would make all the imperfections visible, as would be a child craft to a certain extent... If I wanted to paint them I would use different materials like EVA foam, resin, plastic or even wood, but it wouldn't aligned with the topic of this channel which is making movie props using cardboard only! :)
