I agree with you! Shame on them! I find that the people who pick negatively at something, which is obviously great, are usually people that are so unhappy with themselves as they are and the life they have planted themselves in that they are extremely jealous of anyone who is happy and living a successful life!

UK COMMENT. At 75 years old I now have time and two grandchildren to bake for, I found this video instruction very clear and helpful and it also showed areas where I've made mistakes, by far the best instruction I've seen.

She explains things better than any online pastry chef I have ever seen. I used to work in a bakery when I was younger and there were things I knew to do, was told to do, but didn't know WHY. But all these years later I learned by watching Erin. Now I know the reason you bring a pudding to first boil is to kill the enzymes in the eggs so they don't eat the starch when your pudding is in the fridge making it go watery, or why you add eggs one at a time in a cake batter and blend after each addition because it is an emulsion. Things such as that I knew to do, but didn't know the science behind it. I just love her so much!!!

If you appreciated this video, you may also want to know that Chocolate sometimes gets a bad rap because chocolate products can include a lot of added sugar. Sometimes, there’s even up to 50g of added sugar in one chocolate bar! For context, the World Health Organization recommends staying under 25 g (or 6 teaspoons) of added sugar per day!
