Cool Idea! I actually made myself a branding iron with my logo out of the bolt a while ago. I used an electrolysis method.

Great idea. You should use a vice. That's a pretty easy way to rip a finger off.

Thank you a great idea, but I reiterate what a previous poster stated, I personally would use a vice for safety reasons and also for a more accurate cut. Take care Sam
