In this video we’re showing you how to make fried Spinach Liberian style. Although Liberians eat a variety of “greens” spinach is not normally a part of that selection. It became one of those things we’ve grown to love over the years since our choice greens were unavailable at a point in time in the states. ……..So we took spinach and added a little oomph to it.

just made this omg! so much flavor, i only put smoked turkey,shrimp,and beef tips. i also didn’t know what the yellow powder was so i just added my own seasonings. i made this with fufu and added tomato sauce 🤭 it was delicious and came out like efo riro. So good.
