Sunil ji, Expenses kyo nahi hai ? Expenses e.g. Internet, Light, PC Investment, Brokerage, Govt. Tax, Turn Over Tax,Dmat Charges, AMC etc. its about Rs.50 to Rs.60 per transaction. Kindly include these expenses before we come to Net Profit.

Yes you are right. Trading business has both losses and expenses. This is not the case of normal businesses as discussed in the video. The new equation for trading is ..... Gross Profit - Losses - expenses = Net profit. Second thing is that the losses in trading are not predictable unlike other businesses. This is the reason why so many fail in trading.

Brokerage is a expense but it is very minimum and fixed...rest others are Taxes, as applicable to other businesses ( one should always calculate PAT (profit after tax ) ) Team Sunil Minglani
