Can you imagine a heart surgeon posting a video on KZbin titled "Why heart surgery is difficult" and in it he says 'I am only saying heart surgery is difficult for beginners... intraday is truly very difficult.. aur abhi market volatility bohot hi high he.. i do intraday trading very systematically.... per trade me 1:3 risk:reward maintain kadta hu, max 4 trades a day.. only 1 trade sahi aur 3 galat jaye to almost equal hota he profit loss, 2 trades sahi jaye to profit hota he, 3 trades sahi jaye to accha profit milta he, 4 trades hi sahi jaye to max profit milta he..mere setup ke hisab se 4 trades galat bohot rare jata he, because i take trades very carefully...i wait for the perfect entry... Still still i am facing difficulties now because of high volatility..loss nehi bolunga but profit bhi nehi generate ho raha he..... hoping for market to be recovered very soon...

my rules for intraday - 1. i take only one trade per day strictly. wait for my price/ opportunity to trade. 2. take max 2% loss on my total fund available. 3. if SL hit and 2% loss then immediately shut down my computer for that day. shut down period 4. on winning trades book 50% profit and bring my SL to entry price. then trail balance till target. once my target hit shut my computer. after that start playing computer games or watch videos like sunil Sir's 5. i am a swing and positional trader. i am not intraday trader. i do intraday trading to ease my daily itch. avoid intraday if you can. thanks.

It depends upon your psychology and mental alertness .. but for most of the people it's difficult ,, not for everyone.. and one more thing is that intra day trader will never suffer huge loss when market goes into recession.

What a funny analogy bro, wheather forecast can not be done accurately for what is going to happen on a day after six months but it can be done with pretty good accuracy if you have to predict for today ( INTRADAY) for next 3-4 hours, sitting next to my window right now I can tell that next 3 hrs it will be going to be good sunny and hot day, why because i can assess the CURRENT situation. Intraday trading is the exact same thing, I am analyzing the CURRENT data and predicting for next 2 hours only. I do this with pretty good accuracy. I may not profit daily but on most of the day and on monthly basis I do earn good 30 to 40% returns on my capital. From many years now. Intraday trading is a perfectly doable work, but you are very true when you say that "master the art first then trade".

i believe intraday should be done in commodities and not in cash market. because in commodities market the market is working for 14 hours i.e. from 10 am to 11:55 pm evening. also one more thing in case of futures and commodities there is lot of gap up and gap down on next day . hence if we buy and keep any commodities and it is in profit then on next day it might happen that the next day the profit can go loss, hence in commodity market intra day has to be followed.

Example: you cannot earn a penny when you bet on the team at 328 runs score if the target is 330 ...if you want to earn by betting,you have to bet before 150-200 score....in other words, there should be some reasonable space ( window) for betting ...Hope you understand Team SM

For long trade as u said .problem is Ppl need to have lot of money so they can hold their positions. 1.
