Great video! I am not a home brewer but a baker so I have no idea about these things. I hope you can answer my question! I wanted to order malted barley from a beer brewing website, but there are so many different kinds: pilsner, pale and some others. There is also flaked, roasted, rolled. Which one do you suggest for the barley malt syrup? Thanks in advance! :)

Just stick with basic 2-row Pale malt or sometimes called base malt.
