Oh my, greetings from Trinidad & Tobago 🇹🇹 it was such a pleasure watching this demonstration from this clear, concise & articulate gentleman. Uncle, congrats and just know I could listen to your beautiful voice all day. My grandmother made the best mauby but I'm definitely going to try your method as I never knew about the 'rise' technique. Thank you and well done.

Yes I agree with the previous comment, he is every eloquet with a friendly plesant voice. He decribed the missing ingredient from a recipe that I was looking for, the bay leaf. Using wine bottles is a good idea too. It gives respect to a tradicional drink. Also glass beer bottle will be a nice container too.

@trevorobest6372 Жыл бұрын
What type of container are you setting it in? I have seen mauby blow off cork type covers. If screw type, cover but leave loose the mauby will be able to breathe. It will push froth up and out around the loose cap.

You'll have to leave it out longer if it's your first time making it, then save aome from that batch for the next time. That only speeds up the process.
