Flaky, soft, spicy and delicious!
Puff pastry and spiced beef together makes a delicious mouthwatering party appetizer or evening snack or savory snack or a brunch!
✍️Meat filled puff pastry
Keema Patties Recipe:
Ingredients:
-500g Beef minced meat
-3 Onion
-1 Tomato
-2 Potato
-100g green peas
-1tsp salt
-1tsp turmeric powder
-1tbsp cumin powder
-1tbsp red chilli powder
-1tbsp garam masala
-1tbsp ginger garlic paste
-2 green chilli
-puff sheet
👉for egg wash
-1 egg yolk
-1tbsp milk
-sesam seed
-black seed /onion seed
👉Bake it at 180°C in pre-heated oven for about 20-25 mins
