Yes they can, i am sure they get an discount and their payment are high compared to their "movements" because they are usually highly trained and skilled for the task so not cheap to replace for the manufacturing plant. Keep your people motivated to make them works efficient and fast is the only way it works.. Everything else is nonsense and time wasting, so yes they can afford to pay for such a car 4years/0% interest at an discount. Maybe not for the biggest model

I have owned my B for 10 year now. Never had any problems with it, just change oil, brakes and now I change the suspension to the one from Bilstein and I changed the engine mounts. The car rides like new. My B is manual transmission. You probably bought the CDI which I heard always had issues with transmission.
